Taste Sicily with winetasting
When you come to Sicily you cannot help tasting the Sicilian gastronomical tradition which is surely among the most important ones in Italy. The cuisine is pretty complex but full of Mediterranean flavors, thanks to the unique balance between land and sea.
In the North side of Etna it is natural to discover the typical local dishes, and wash it all down with the fragrant red wine Etna D.o.c.. To have left Sicily without having tasted "a Sasizza o cippu" or the "caliceddi" is not forgivable.
