Taormina, the city of art
One of the most important tourist places in Sicily is Taormina. It is located in the province of Messina in the north-eastern part of the island. The city is very famous, thanks to its location on the sea and for the various historical monuments.

Isola Bella

It is a natural reserve located in the bay of Taormina, connected to the island only by a small stretch of sand.
To get to Isola Bella you can take the cable car from Taormina, and then you can take the stairs to the beach.
Castelmola
Castelmola is a town located above Taormina and is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy. From the village of Castelmola you will have a beautiful view of the Ionian Sea and the coast of Taormina.
You can also visit the castle, and walk through the small characteristic alleys. Don’t miss a visit to the characteristic “bar Turrisi”.
